Every More Living stay has a 30-night minimum. That is not an arbitrary rule — it shapes who stays with us and how the homes are set up.

Who books a 30+ night stay

• Travel nurses and clinicians on 13-week contracts.
• Remote workers spending a season somewhere warm.
• Families relocating to San Diego before signing a lease.
• Households between homes during a move or renovation.

What is included

Furnished rooms, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, free parking, and utilities. You arrive with luggage, not a moving truck.

How to book

Submit an inquiry on our site with your dates and we will confirm availability directly. You can also book through Airbnb, Vrbo, or Furnished Finder if you prefer those platforms. Leases and final payments are handled outside the site.
