Booking
Submit a request through the form on this page with your dates and preferred home. We'll confirm availability and send a secure link to complete your reservation. You can also track your booking status on the private page we send you.
Yes. We use secure payment processing and your booking is stored in our system with a private access token. You receive a confirmation and a unique status link to follow your reservation from pending to confirmed to paid.
You can cancel a pending or confirmed reservation before the final payment. Once the stay is paid, our cancellation policy applies. Contact us as soon as your plans change and we'll do our best to help.
Check-in & Check-out
Every home offers self check-in with a smart lock or lockbox. We send detailed arrival instructions, including access codes and parking details, a few days before your move-in date.
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM. If you need an earlier arrival or a late-night check-in, let us know in advance and we'll accommodate when possible.
Standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Need a little extra time? Send us a message and we'll confirm if a late checkout is possible based on the next reservation.
Most guests prefer the flexibility of self check-in. If you'd like a personal welcome tour, mention it in your booking request and we'll arrange it.
Parking
Yes, both homes include at least one dedicated parking space. We send exact parking instructions and any additional visitor parking info with your check-in guide.
One standard vehicle is included per booking. Extra vehicles, RVs, or trailers may be possible depending on the property. Let us know when you inquire so we can confirm.
Street parking availability varies by neighborhood. Your check-in guide will outline the safest on-street options and any local restrictions.
Wi-Fi & Workspace
Both homes have high-speed internet with speeds above 200 Mbps, ideal for video calls, streaming, and remote work. Exact speeds are listed on each property page.
Yes. Every home has a desk or dedicated workspace area with a comfortable chair and good lighting, so you can settle into a productive routine.
We monitor connectivity and have backup support in place. If you ever have an issue, message us and we'll troubleshoot or dispatch support quickly.
Pets
Some homes welcome pets, others do not. Let us know if you're traveling with a pet and we'll confirm whether the property is a good fit and outline any pet fees.
Pet-friendly stays may include a one-time pet fee and/or a refundable pet deposit. We'll disclose the exact amount before you confirm your booking.
Service animals are always welcome in compliance with applicable laws. Please let us know in advance so we can make sure the home is prepared.
House rules
Small daytime guests are fine with prior notice. Parties, large events, and overnight visitors beyond the registered guest count are not allowed.
All More Living homes are non-smoking, including balconies and patios. This keeps the spaces fresh for every guest.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. Our homes are in residential neighborhoods, so we ask guests to treat them like home.
