Our Clairemont home (Sunshine State of Mind) sits in a quiet residential pocket of central San Diego — about 15 minutes to the beaches of Pacific Beach and La Jolla, 15 minutes to downtown, and easy freeway access to UCSD, Sharp Memorial, and Scripps Mercy. Expect a heated pool, laundry in the unit, and a walkable neighborhood with grocery stores, coffee shops, and Clairemont Square nearby.

Our El Cajon home (Sunny & Modern Escape) is in East County — sunny, spacious, and priced for longer stays. It's about 20 minutes to downtown San Diego, 15 minutes to Grossmont Hospital and Sharp Grossmont, and a great base if you're commuting to East County job sites or want more space and value than central San Diego. Includes a heated pool and full laundry.

Yes. The Clairemont home includes dedicated driveway parking, and the El Cajon home has driveway plus street parking. Exact details are sent with your check-in instructions.

Both homes have private high-speed Wi-Fi included — plenty for remote work, streaming, and video calls. Network name and password come with your arrival instructions.

Pet policies differ between Clairemont and El Cajon. Let us know about your pet when you inquire and we'll confirm which home is the better fit and any applicable pet fee. Service animals are always welcome at both.

Yes — both homes have a mailbox at the residence. Add your last name and packages will be delivered to the door. We recommend Amazon Locker or carrier hold for anything high-value since neither home has a staffed front desk.

Both the Clairemont and El Cajon homes offer contactless self check-in via smart lock. We send your access code, parking details, and Wi-Fi info a few days before arrival — no meeting at the door required, even on late-night flights into SAN.

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM at both homes. Need an early arrival after a red-eye or a late check-out before an evening flight? Message us and we'll do our best to accommodate based on the turnover schedule.

Both homes are strictly non-smoking indoors and out (including patios and pool areas). Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM to respect the neighbors in Clairemont and El Cajon. Small daytime visitors are fine with a heads-up — no parties, events, or unregistered overnight guests.
